Back by Popular Demand! The Fireside is thrilled to present a brand new, live musical celebration featuring the wildly popular Fireside Band led by Fireside favorite Steve Watts! Also featuring a cast of super talented singers, this show is the ultimate rock and roll party!!! The Fireside will be rockin’ with the music of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s!!! We’ll be paying tribute to some of the biggest rock superstars of all time such as Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Beach Boys, The Beatles, Jefferson Airplane, Dusty Springfield, Stevie Wonder, Earth, Wind, and Fire, Michael Jackson, Prince, Led Zeppelin, Billy Joel, Van Halen, Queen, Bruce Springsteen, and many more! This is an unforgettable night of rock and roll like no other!


Sunday Matinee Brunch

Begin your Brunch with an assortment of Quick Breads and Pastries from our Bakery along with a Honey Glazed Fresh Fruit Medley with Yogurt and Natural Granola. Each show our Chefs will prepare a Beef Tenderloin dish and select one of our popular Breakfast Potatoes for our Brunch Buffet which includes Chef-Carved Jones Hickory Smoked Ham and Roast Turkey Breast, Eggs Benedict on Jones Canadian Bacon, Miniature Individual Quiche, Crisp Bacon, Maple Sausage Links, Chicken Tenderloin Tempura with Brandied Apricot Sauce, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Fresh Atlantic Salmon, Bread Pudding, and Roasted Farm Fresh Vegetables. Key Lime Pie for Dessert. Coffee, Tea and Milk are included with your Brunch


Saturday Matinee

Chopped Chef’s Salad
Finely diced Harvest Blend, Romaine, and Iceberg Lettuce, Hard-boiled Egg, Red Onion, Grape Tomato, Avocado, Cucumber, Jones Cherrywood Smoked Bacon Chips, and Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese. Topped with The Fireside’s Pepper Cream Dressing and Crisp Tortilla Ribbons.

CHICKEN BRUSCHETTA
Skinless Breast of Chicken, lightly breaded, topped with our Signature Bruschetta and Havarti Cheese on a Velouté Lemon Cream Sauce. Served with a flavorful blend of tri-colored Couscous, Quinoa, Black Beans, and Corn alongside Fresh Asparagus and Carrots.

Key Lime Pie
A refreshing tart custard made with genuine Florida Key Lime Juice, presented on a Graham Cracker Crust, garnished with Whipped Cream.

Coffee, Tea and Milk

For Saturday events, a sit-down meal is served. For Sunday events, a brunch buffet is served.

Fireside trips depart at 8:15 AM from the lot at Epworth Methodist Church on Gentlemen Road in South Ottawa.
